GINA WRIGHT

1962 - 2014

Gina Wright, beloved wife of Tim Wright, passed away in Taber with her family by her side, following a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the age of 51 years.
Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at Knox United Church, 4929 - 50 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Ken Easterbrook officiating. A private burial service was held at the Taber Memorial Garden.
Besides her loving husband Tim, she is survived by her children Caleb Wright of Taber and his son Grayson, Christopher (Amanda) Wright of Taber and their daughter Ezmay; parents Francesco and Maria Belcastro; siblings Giovanni (Helen) Belcastro, Tom (Val) Belcastro, Mario (Maria) Belcastro, Angela (Kamaron) Hampton and Teresa (Stacy) Hagen. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law Russell and Mildred Wright and the entire Wright family; nieces and nephews Jodie Poitras, Maria Belcastro, Melissa Schoenfeldt, Frank Belcastro, Mario Belcastro, Carissa Morgan, Sarah and Miranda Belcastro, Justin Olson, Isabella Belcastro, Tyrell and Matthew Odland, Darby Hampton, Chelsea and Josh Hagen as well as all of Gina’s extended family.
Gina was born on October 5, 1962 in San Giovanni, in Fiore, Italy. She lived her life for her family, her boys meant the world to her. Most of her spare time she enjoyed being with her grandchildren Grayson and Ezmay. Gina loved camping, spending time in her yard and sitting on her deck with a nice cup of coffee enjoying a beautiful day. She worked as a Teachers Aid for the past seventeen years at D.A. Ferguson Middle School and loved her job and her friends there. Gina was an amazing mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend. She will be sadly missed but will live on in all of our hearts
