ILONA LETHBRIDGE

1946 - 2000

Ilona Lethbridge, beloved wife of Bill Lethbridge of Taber, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2000 at the age of 54 years.
Ilona was born on June 12, 1946 in Hungary, the daughter of Julius and Therese Stenger.
She was an animal lover who took in many stray cats and dogs and provided a home for them. Ilona was a caring and giving person whose joy in life was to make things and share them with her friends. In her free time she spent many hours volunteering at the library.
Besides her loving husband Bill, she will be sadly missed by her daughter Terri Molnar; sister Anna Gorzitza; brother Colman Magnum; nephew Brad Goritza; nieces Carol Graham and her daughter Stephanie and Sherrie Morrison and children Carl and Dana and also by her step-children Darline Lethbridge and Mary-Sue Lethbridge.
She was predeceased by her parents and step-son James Lethbridge.
Ilona’s family gathered for a time of remembrance to honor her life with dignity.
