NOREEN DAVIES

1956 - 2008

Noreen Davies of Hays, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2008 with her family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 51 years.
She is lovingly remembered by her children Jessica (Jason) Durand of Coaldale and John Sakatch of Calgary; parents Norm Davies (Ruth Wright) of Hays and Joyce (Harvey) Darr of Lethbridge; sisters Elaine (Don) Wescott of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Jane (Neil) Jalbert of Lethbridge, brother Allan (Janine) Davies of Taber as well as nieces and nephews - Scott, Casey, Jordan & Kyle Jalbert and Kayl & Kyra Davies.
She was predeceased by her sister Lila and infant brother Leonard.
“Neen” as she was known to those who knew her the best had a love for horses, animals and the simple things in life. She was talented in crafts and poetry. Neen was the family historian who always had a story to share and the deepest love for her family.
The service will be held at the Coalhurst & District Community Centre, 527 - 50 Avenue, Coalhurst on Friday, February 1, 2008 at 11:00 A.M.
