JOE KRESNYAK

1930 - 2012

It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Thomas Kresnyak announces his passing in Edmonton after a lengthy illness on Sunday, May 27, 2012, at the age of 82 years.
A private family service to celebrate Joe’s life will be held at the Southland Funeral Chapel on Saturday, June 9, 2012. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
Joe will be lovingly remembered by his children Tom (Ruth) of Winnipeg, Steve (Trish) of Calgary, Sue Podorieszach (nee Kresnyak) of Calgary, Jeff (Nikki) of Edmonton and Jim (Ann) of North Carolina. Joe will also be fondly remembered by his thirteen grandchildren Joe, Tim, Lisa, BJ, Shelly, Danny, Michelle, Sarah, Samantha, Hunter, Jackie, Ben and Jayden; great grandchild Julia Kresnyak as well as his step grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Mary (Mel) Hamilton, Helen (Del) Harmon; brother Ernie (Patricia) Kresnyak as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Joe was predeceased by his mother Anna and father George.
