NORMA REYNOLDS
1926 - 2012
Norma Ruth Reynolds, beloved wife of Dennis Reynolds, passed away in Lethbridge on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the age of 85 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Enchant Community Hall, Enchant on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Jeffery Frostad officiating. Burial to follow at the Enchant Cemetery.
Besides her loving husband Dennis, Norma is survived by their children Dale (Helen) of Vauxhall, Dean (Sheri Gram) of Rocky Mountain House, Neil of Calgary and Murray (Helen) of Enchant; grandchildren Jennifer (Lyle) Broderson, Cherie (Trevor Burke), Aubrey, Robin, Sara, Lewis, Brianne, Brooke and two great grandchildren Brittany and Brady Broderson. She is also survived by her brothers Allan Bryant, Jerold Bryant, Ross (Colleen) Bryant and Walter (Donna) Bryant; brother-in-law Roy (Lois) Reynolds; sisters-in-law Helen Bryant, Shirley Bryant and Shirley Virostek as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers Vern Bryant, Ken Bryant, Elwood Bryant and Harold Bryant; sisters-in-law Elsie Bryant, Connie Bryant and Irene Reynolds and brother-in-law George Virostek.
Norma was born June 12, 1926 in Pickering Township, Ontario to Sydney and Elma Bryant. In 1929 her family moved out west and she attended school in Lone Star. On October 18, 1947 she married Dennis Reynolds and they raised their family in the Enchant area, moving to the Town of Enchant in 1985. In 2006 they moved to Lethbridge where Norma has resided since. She loved gardening, painting, quilting and crafts. Norma loved to dance. She also served on various community boards. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed.
