TOM DEBONA

1943 - 2011

Thomas John DeBona, beloved husband of the late Mary DeBona, passed away in Taber after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, December 31, 2011 at the age of 68 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 7:00 P.M.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church, 5009 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. with Reverend Vincent TuanHa Celebrant. Burial to follow at the Taber Memorial Garden.
Tom leaves behind his daughter Susan (Anthony) Ries of Redcliff; grandchildren Ryan (Angel-Lynn) Cannady of Taber and Jenny (Johnny) Cork of Redcliff; great grandsons Drayden, Nicholas and Dylan Cannady of Taber; great granddaughters Jilly and Jewely Cork of Redcliff. He is also survived by his brothers John (Pat) DeBona of Taber and Pete DeBona of Edgerton as well as his very special friend Sharon Howells of Taber.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Mary; daughters Sandra and Peggy DeBona; parents Peter and Theresa DeBona; younger brother Joe DeBona.
Always remembered and forever loved. Until we meet again.
