TERRY RASH

1947 - 1999

Terry Rash of Taber passed away on Friday, August 20, 1999 at the age of 52 years.
Terry was born on February 22, 1947, the son of Carl and Blanche Rash and was raised in Taber and the surrounding area. Terry always enjoyed the outdoors, going camping, hunting and fishing. He also like to play baseball and horseshoes. As a hobby, Terry took up woodworking and recently rekindled his interest in leather-working which was a hobby he had in previous years. One of Terry’s most memorable occasions was when he first met his brother after fifty years of being apart. Terry’s sense of humor and company will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Terry is survived by his four children, a son Kevin (Laurie) Rash of Lethbridge and their family, Nikki and her children Taylor and Jordan; Jessica, Matthew and Collin; a son Shawn Rash of Drayton Valley and his children Daylan and Braden; a daughter Carla (Oscar) Olson of Bow Island and their children Craig, Brandon, Justin and Kimberly; a daughter Jackie Bourassa of Taber. Terry is also survived by a brother Rick Harris of Duncan, British Columbia.
He was predeceased by his parents Carl and Blanche Rash.
Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, August 25, 1999 from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at Knox United Church, 4929 - 50 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, August 26, 1999 at 11:00 A.M. Interment followed at the Taber Memorial Garden.
