MARY KESSLER

1928 - 2002

Mary Kessler, beloved wife of the late Lavron Kessler, passed away in Taber on Friday, September 27, 2002 at the age of 74 years.
Mary was born on February 26, 1928 and spent her childhood years in Saskatchewan. She moved to the Coaldale area and later met Lavron Kessler. They were married in October of 1962 and began their lives in Readymade where they lived for a number of years before making Taber their home in 1973. Lavron passed away in 1992 and since that time Mary has been a resident of the Continuing Care Facility in Taber.
Mary will be forever remembered by her daughters Pamela Lowry and Shelley (Darrel) Nachay of Taber; sister Florence Goerzen of Lethbridge; brother George (Arlene) Staicesku of Peace River; two grandchildren Daniel and Tejay; six nieces and two nephews.
Relatives and friends were invited to meet with the family at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Monday, September 30, 2002 from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service was held at the Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 - 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Jim Lochhead of the United Church of Canada officiating. Interment followed at Mountain View Cemetery, Lethbridge.
