GUST SKRETTING

1926 - 1998

Gust Skretting, beloved husband of Anne Skretting of Vauxhall, passed away in Taber on Friday, September 4, 1998 at the age of 72 years.
Besides his wife Anne, he leaves to mourn his daughter Laura Skretting, his daughter Denise (Robert) Ockerman and their children David and Allyssa; a son Bryon (Barbara) and their children Lance, Jason and Jessica. He is also survived by his sister, brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.
Gust was predeceased by his daughter Allyson and his parents; one sister, three brothers, a brother-in-law, one niece and one nephew.
The Funeral Service was held at the Vauxhall Mennonite Brethren Church, 320 - 9 Street North, Vauxhall on Tuesday, September 8, 1998 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Jeffery Frostad officiating and Pastor Dan Doerksen co-officiant. Interment followed at the Enchant Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial tributes in Gust’s name can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
